Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes we are insured per state and federal DOT insurance requirements.
Q: Are you licensed properly?
A: Yes our vehicles are licensed with the correct license plate per passenger and weight class and are inspected annually by a state DOT inspector. Our drivers have the proper CDL with a passenger endorsement. We also comply with the DOT drug consortium program.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: We travel approximately anywhere you do like, there are no limitations or restrictions!
Q: How many hours do you require for rentals?
A: We have a 3-hour minimum rental for all events. We do offer a 1 or 2 hour rental for a child’s birthday. Airport shuttles may also be less than 3 hours!
Q: When does my rental start?
A: The rental starts when the limousine/bus arrives to pick you up. For example, if you are scheduled for a 4-hour limousine rental from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The limousine will be there at 5:00 pm ready to pick you up. The rental ends at the time the driver drops you off at the desired drop-off location at 9:00 pm.
Q: How soon should I make my reservation?
A: Reservations are booked on a first come first serve basis. If you know you need the vehicle on a specific date and time, DON’T WAIT! Go ahead and book the date with us to secure your reservation for your special day.
Q: Do you ever allow smoking in the vehicles?
A: No, smoking is never allowed
Q: Is alcohol allowed in the vehicles?
A: No, alcohol is not allowed in the vehicle.
Q: Do you provide service for Sports Games, Music Concerts and other events?
A: Yes, of course, our services are available for anything that needs “Legal events transportation services”?
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: We offer a discount on weekdays and Sundays. Or if multiple reservations are booked?
Q: Is food allowed?
A: No, food is not allowed in the vehicles.
Q: Can we go above the capacity rating listed on the website?
A: No, each vehicle has a capacity that cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons?
